Job summary

Entegris Canada - Toronto is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to lead manufacturing process improvements across chemical production lines. You will drive complex troubleshooting and optimization, partnering with R&D, Scale-Up, Quality and EHS to deliver reliable operations.

You will apply Lean Six Sigma, data analytics, and AI-enabled approaches to improve yield, throughput, and process capability while guiding technology transfer from development to full-scale production.

Qualifications

• Lead troubleshooting and process optimization across product lines.
• Collaborate with R&D, Scale-Up, Quality, EHS, and Maintenance teams.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven improvement initiatives.
• Support technology transfer and scale-up to manufacturing.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance in manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations into process deviations and equipment issues with root-cause analysis.
• Develop and maintain process controls, risk assessments and SOPs.
• Mentor operators and promote a culture of operational excellence.
• Analyze manufacturing and quality data to identify trends and improvements.
• Champion AI and digital tools to accelerate problem solving.
