Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field required.
• 5+ years of experience in process engineering with emphasis on optimization and problem-solving.
• In-depth knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and SPC.
• Experience with process simulation software and CAD tools.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing manufacturing and operational processes to identify optimization and cost-reduction opportunities.
• Design, develop, and implement new process technologies and equipment.
