Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in business, operations, engineering, information systems, or related discipline.
• 8+ years in business process design, operational improvement, transformation, or related field.
• At least 4 years managing cross-functional projects of moderate-to-high complexity.
• Experience mapping and redesigning end-to-end processes and implementing measurable improvements.
• Strong workshop facilitation, requirements elicitation, problem-solving, business analysis, and executive communication capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead business process design & improvement initiatives from discovery to benefits realization.
• Manage medium-to-large complex projects with governance, budget, risks, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and deliver practical, future-state processes.
