Scotiabank in Edmonton is seeking a Wealth Management Banker to build and deepen high net worth client relationships. You will identify lending, deposit and advisory needs, lead portfolio management, and coordinate with ScotiaMcLeod and other partners to deliver integrated wealth solutions.

You will market Private Banking credit solutions, develop business strategies to attract clients, and guide clients through financial planning discussions, aiming to grow your book of business and deliver

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of Commercial Banking and/or Private Banking lending experience.
Established network of High Net Worth clients and referral sources.
Experienced banker with strong interpersonal, leadership and business development skills.
University degree (BCom, MBA, CFA) and industry courses (CSC, PFP, CFP).

Responsabilités

Lead Portfolio Management: grow client portfolio and coordinate credit solutions.
Drive business development with partners and COIs to attract high net worth clients.
Develop client management plans and referrals to internal Scotia partners.
Lead financial planning discussions to address longer-term client needs.
Ensure loan documentation and underwriting align with policies.
