Job summary

EY Vancouver is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Cybersecurity Privacy and Data Trust specialty. You’ll work with respected industry professionals to design and apply privacy programs that meet local and global privacy regulations while maintaining consumer trust.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a field related to privacy, law, computer science or data with 5+ years of experience; or Master's with 2–3 years.
• Experience in assessing privacy risk and regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with privacy frameworks and PET.
• Experience with data analytics methods and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver client engagements and internal projects in cybersecurity, privacy and data trust.
• Help clients enhance privacy programs to meet local and global regulations and build consumer trust.
• Advise on IT systems’ role in privacy and assess emerging technologies for privacy impact.
• Design measurable, sustainable privacy capabilities and improve monitoring and governance.
