Job summary

The Toronto Catholic District School Board (TCDSB) is seeking a Senior Manager, Pre-Construction & Capital Planning to lead the planning and delivery of the board's capital program. You will manage a team of project supervisors and coordinate with architects, engineers and consultants to ensure successful pre-construction and ATP processes.

Qualifications

• Degree in architecture, engineering, building science, construction management, project management, building technology or related discipline.
• Minimum seven (7) years of progressive design management experience with budgeting and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for capital development projects within scope, schedule, budget, quality and stakeholder objectives.
• Oversee feasibility, ATP submissions, funding coordination, design, consultant management, approvals, construction administration and project readiness.
• Lead Project Supervisors, Coordinators and staff to ensure effective delivery of the capital program.
• Monitor productivity and resource utilization for efficient project delivery.
• Develop performance improvement plans and allocate staff across projects.
