Job summary

Deep Native in Toronto/Greater Toronto Area is seeking a Power Platform developer to join an AI/Platform team at a major Canadian bank. This full-time, hybrid role centers on end-to-end ownership of a Power Platform-based procurement and vendor management system.

You will maintain, upgrade and extend the solution, apply AI via Copilot Studio and AI Builder, and collaborate with the Power Platform lead. 3–6+ years of experience required; 2–3 days onsite per week.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of genuine Power Platform development experience.
• Experience with Canvas and Model-driven apps required.
• Proficient with Power Automate and Dataverse architecture and security.
• Knowledge of C# plug-ins and Dataverse Web API.
• Experience building custom connectors and external system integrations.
• Experience with ALM and production support in enterprise environments.
• Nice to have Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Azure AI, Fabric, Power BI or PCF controls.

Responsibilities

• Own the application end to end within the bank's in-house team.
• Maintain, upgrade, and deliver new capabilities for the Power Platform solution.
• Support the wider Power Platform estate and production environment.
• Apply AI capabilities to improve workflows, search and document processing.
• Collaborate with the Power Platform lead and cross-functional partners.

Full-time, Toronto/GTA hybrid (2–3 days onsite per week) — joining a AI/Platform team at a major Canadian bank.

The honest version of the role: a contract, procurement and vendor management system built on Power Platform is going into production. Once it launches, it won’t be handed off to a separate maintenance team—it will stay in-house and continue evolving as new requirements and improvement opportunities emerge.

You’ll work alongside our Power Platform lead to own the application end to end: maintain it, upgrade it, deliver new capabilities and support the wider Power Platform estate.

There’s also an AI dimension. We’re looking for someone interested in applying AI where it creates real business value—using technologies such as Copilot Studio, AI Builder and responsible integrations with enterprise AI services to improve workflows, search, document processing and user experiences. Practical application matters more than adding AI for its own sake.

This is a builder’s seat. What matters most is real, hands-on application development—you’ve designed, shipped and maintained applications used by actual users, ideally in client or enterprise environments.

This is a full-time role requiring 2–3 days per week onsite in the Greater Toronto Area.
