Responsibilities

• Oversee powerhouse operations (boilers, steam, water systems, and utilities). Plan shutdowns, inspections, and preventive/corrective maintenance.
• Manage environmental programs (air, water, waste, GHGs) and ensure compliance with environmental laws and permits.
• Promote a strong safety culture and participate in incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members; plan schedules and ensure training/certifications.
• Identify energy efficiency and emission reduction projects and track performance.
