Position Overview : We are seeking a Senior Power BI Solutions Analyst for a 6-month hybrid contract.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, development, and optimization of Power BI and Paginated reports, ensuring accuracy, usability, and performance, aligned with enterprise data strategy.
• Streamline report requests to reduce redundancy and improve efficiency.
• Support Microsoft Fabric best practices in report building and data modeling.
• Translate CRM data structures into structured, scalable data products.
• Build and manage reusable data models using Microsoft Fabric tools.
• Provide Power BI training to enable data exploration by business users.
• Conduct workshops and develop documentation to support data literacy.
• Assist the reporting team as a trusted advisor to stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or related field; Master’s preferred for senior roles.
• Certifications in data analytics or cloud platforms are advantageous.

Technical Skills :

• Advanced report/dashboard development.
• Data modeling and DAX.
• Power Query (M language).
• Complex query writing for data extraction and transformation.
• Experience with ETL tools.
• Ability to develop SSRS reports.
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) is a plus.
