Job summary

SCOR seeks an AVP, Senior Portfolio TA&A SME to support Technical Accounting teams, manage entities and portfolios, and ensure effective governance. The role focuses on contractual data, accounts bookings, claims handling, and cash flow, with a focus on the SCOR SBS portfolio.

The candidate will coach peers, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with internal controls while supporting underwriters in administrative accounting activities and regulatory requests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master's degree or professional certification (CPA, CFA) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of reinsurance and insurance accounting principles.
• 7+ years' experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio management of facultative policies with data governance.
• Contract management and audit of terms in the accounting system.
• Coordinate with underwriters, claims, finance, brokers, and cedents.
• Manage cash flow including client accounts and payments.
• Ensure internal controls and regulatory compliance.
