Pacific Life Re is seeking an AVP, Deal Pricing, Methodology & Proposition to lead technical actuarial and pricing initiatives within the Savings & Retirement deal pricing team. You will drive pricing models, oversee governance, and coach junior staff while collaborating with client solutions to deliver strong commercial packages and optimized capital structures.

• Qualified actuary or professional with financial markets/banking sectors with at least 7yrs post qualified experience.
• Strong pricing experience and ability to develop pricing strategies.
• Experience in life insurance pricing and asset strategy is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintain S&R Deal Pricing methodology framework aligned with enterprise frameworks.
• Develop and maintain S&R pricing models with high standards of development.
• Provide technical leadership for methodology and proposition developments within S&R.
