Ontario Power Generation Inc. is seeking a dynamic Manager, Portfolio Strategy and Investment Risk. You will partner with the FMG team to manage risks across portfolios, influence strategy, and communicate with senior investment managers.

The role emphasizes quantitative analysis, governance support, and stakeholder collaboration. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in multi-asset risk, strong Python/SQL skills, and a track record of delivering actionable portfolio insights

Qualifications

• 4-year undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science or related field.
• CMF CFA or CFA Level 3 candidacy is preferred.
• 8+ years experience in portfolio, investment or risk management, buy-side ideal.

Responsibilities

• Monitor portfolio risk, liquidity and cash flows with dashboards and insights.
• Support rebalancing and cash management actions to meet targets.
• Analyze risk drivers and liquidity, propose mitigation actions.
• Ensure data accuracy, reconciliation and quality control of risk data.
• Generate insights via quantitative methods and scenario analysis.
