Remitly is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Policy and Regulatory Affairs to shape and execute Canada government relations strategy. You will manage external relationships with policymakers and work with our Canada leadership team to advance regulatory priorities.

This role requires 7+ years in public policy, a bilingual English/French capability, and a strong network in Ottawa or Toronto. The position operates in a hybrid setting with on-site days as required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in government affairs or public policy.
• Strong network in Ottawa.
• Experience influencing federal/provincial policy outcomes in Canada.
• Ability to advise senior leadership and align across functions.

Responsibilities

• External engagement with Ministers' offices, MPs, and provincial offices.
• Policy monitoring and impact assessment for regulatory developments.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Compliance, and Communications.
