GHD in Ontario is seeking a Senior Project Manager – Linear Infrastructure to lead municipal water and wastewater projects in the Greater Toronto Area or Waterloo.

You will manage design through construction, mentor teams, and build client relationships to drive growth, with a flexible hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering required.
• P.Eng. designation with PEO preferred.
• 10+ years delivering municipal water and wastewater projects.
• Experience from design through construction phases.
• Strong client relations, business development and proposal-writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects including linear systems, pump stations, lift stations and storage facilities.
• Develop and strengthen client relationships, support business development, and contribute to proposals and capture strategies.
• Manage multidisciplinary project teams through planning, design and construction phases.
• Oversee project scope, budgets, schedules, risks and quality outcomes.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, subconsultants and internal teams to deliver projects.
• Mentor and develop team members fostering collaboration and innovation.
