Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Toronto, Canada, to deliver complex integration projects and end-to-end feature developments. You’ll also serve as Scrum Master, guiding agile practices and team wellbeing across multiple technical platforms and stakeholders.

You will manage risks, coordinate sprints, and align technical decisions with program goals while communicating with executives and delivery teams in a dynamic financial services environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in tech industry and/or project management for client-facing products.
• Experience with iterative delivery and Agile across multiple partners or vendors.
• Strong communication and leadership skills for senior management and project teams.
• Understanding of system architecture, dependencies and integration points.
• Banking/financial services background is a plus.
• Bachelor's in a technical field; PMP/Scrum Master certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply hands-on project management across platforms to deliver features and launches.
• Drive action plans and coordinate with backend infrastructure and other technology teams.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and report status, risks, and issues to leadership.
• Manage risk, change, day-to-day coordination, and quality assurance for deliverables.
• Coordinate and lead sprint events, improve Scrum processes, and remove impediments.
• Evaluate design documents for feasibility and align technical trade-offs with program goals.
