Confidential, a well-established supplier to the construction sector, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a small Ottawa/Gatineau team and manage multiple commercial and institutional projects onsite.

You will supervise PMs and estimators, oversee projects from contract award through closeout, and ensure schedule, quality, safety, and stakeholder satisfaction. Strong French/English skills and a related degree are required.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in a team lead, project management, or operations leadership role within construction or engineering.
• Proven mentoring experience, staff growth, and contributing to department revenue/headcount.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Fully bilingual (French and English) with strong contract comprehension.

• Lead, coach and mentor a small team of project managers and estimators.
