Okta, a leading identity platform, seeks a Senior Product Manager to join the Enterprise Federation team. You will shape how Auth0-based B2B customers deploy, with two core areas: Enterprise Connections and B2B Connect, collaborating with engineering to deliver high-impact features.

The role emphasizes modularization, standards roadmapping, and delivering incremental value for global enterprise clients, while ensuring a strong developer/admin experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years leading as a Product Manager or Team Lead in Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead Enterprise Connections and B2B Connect product areas.
• Modularize B2B offerings for rapid value delivery.
• Own the Standards Roadmap for identity standards regionally/vertically.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to build APIs and specs.
• Build roadmaps and business cases with financial alignment.
• Follow Product Delivery Lifecycle with security and architecture standards.
