Job summary

Tap Roots seeks a Foreman for our Custom Homes Division in Surrey. You will lead the field crew from groundwork through occupancy, driving schedule adherence and quality while maintaining safety on site.

You will mentor apprentices and coordinate with project managers to ensure timely material orders and accurate measurements. Ideal candidates are Red Seal certified plumbers with leadership experience, familiar with Procore and Microsoft 365; Gas B is a plus.

Qualifications

• Red Seal certified plumber with leadership experience.
• Experience guiding apprentices and leading crews.
• Familiarity with Procore and Microsoft 365.
• Gas B ticket is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Execute job from groundwork to occupancy on schedule.
• Motivate the team and provide feedback on performance.
• Prioritize safety and train employees per Tap Roots guidelines.
• Coordinate with Project Managers on measurements and ordering.
• Mentor leads and ensure quality on site.
