Job Description

We are seeking an experienced UiPath Developer with 5+ years of hands‑on experience in designing, developing, deploying, and supporting enterprise‑grade RPA solutions using UiPath. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, UiPath Cloud, and enterprise automation practices.

The successful candidate will work closely with Business Analysts, Architects, and support teams to deliver scalable automation solutions for complex business processes. Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or other regulated industries is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain end‑to‑end RPA solutions using UiPath.
• Develop robust and scalable automation workflows using UiPath Studio and REFramework.
• Manage and support automation deployments through UiPath Orchestrator.
• Work with UiPath Cloud capabilities, including cloud‑based development, orchestration, and automation services.
• Participate in solution design discussions and recommend scalable and maintainable automation approaches.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, developer artifacts, workflow documentation, and deployment packages.
• Conduct code reviews and peer reviews to ensure quality, maintainability, security, and adherence to development standards.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, QA teams, and Production Support teams throughout the automation lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot production and post‑production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Implement RPA development best practices, coding standards, security controls, and governance requirements.
• Support automation initiatives involving complex business processes and enterprise system integrations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of existing automation solutions and frameworks.
• Support the adoption of emerging automation technologies, including Agentic Automation and AI‑powered workflows.
