Job summary

Realign Llc is seeking an experienced RPA Developer - UiPath with 6–8 years of RPA development experience, including 4+ years in UiPath, to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable automation solutions in Toronto. You will work with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, and integrate with APIs and databases, while ensuring security and governance, reporting to the Automation/IT team.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of RPA development experience with at least 4+ years of UiPath experience.
• Strong expertise in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, and Workflow Analyzer.
• Hands-on knowledge of Selectors, Queues, Triggers, Assets, and exception handling.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, SQL, and VB/C#; OCR integration.
• Familiarity with Git and Azure DevOps; Power Automate and WorkFusion a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and implement RPA processes using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Assistant.
• Build robust and scalable workflows following automation best practices.
• Integrate UiPath solutions with APIs, databases, and third-party apps.
• Analyze processes and identify automation opportunities; produce PDD/SDD specs.
• Deploy bots through UiPath Orchestrator and manage scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Provide post-production support and resolve incidents; conduct root-cause analysis.
• Ensure compliance with security, architecture, and governance standards; conduct code reviews.
• Maintain technical documentation and collaborate with QA, infra, and process owners.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and mentor junior RPA developers.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced RPA Developer - Uipath with 6–8 years of RPA development experience, including a minimum of 4+ years of hands‑on UiPath experience. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, workflow development, integrations, and production support.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining scalable RPA solutions while ensuring compliance with enterprise architecture, security, and governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and implement RPA processes using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Assistant
• Build robust and scalable workflows following coding and automation best practices
• Integrate UiPath solutions with APIs, databases, and third‑party applications
• Analyze business processes and identify automation and optimization opportunities
• Prepare Process Definition Documents (PDD), Solution Design Documents (SDD), and technical specifications
• Deploy bots through UiPath Orchestrator and manage scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting
• Provide post‑production support and resolve automation incidents
• Perform root‑cause analysis and implement enhancements to existing automations
• Ensure RPA solutions comply with security, architecture, and governance standards
• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, reusability, and maintainability
• Maintain technical documentation for automations and system configurations
• Collaborate with QA, infrastructure, business analysts, and process owners
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including stand‑ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Mentor junior RPA developers and contribute to knowledge‑sharing initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

• 6–8 years of RPA development experience with at least 4+ years of UiPath experience
• Strong expertise in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, and Workflow Analyzer
• Hands‑on knowledge of Selectors, Queues, Triggers, Assets, and exception handling
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, SQL, and VB/C#
• Experience integrating UiPath with OCR technologies such as ABBYY or Document Understanding
• Knowledge of attended and unattended bots, robots, virtual machines, and RPA infrastructure
• Familiarity with Git and Azure DevOps
• Understanding of Power Automate and WorkFusion is an advantage
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• UiPath certifications such as UiARD, UiRPA, or Advanced Developer Certification
• Experience in BFSI, healthcare, retail, or large enterprise environments
• Exposure to AI/ML‑based automation, Process Mining, and Task Mining
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
