RBC in Toronto is seeking a senior Platform Engineer to design and implement observability-as-code across AWS, Azure, and OpenShift using Terraform. You will build CI/CD pipelines for Dynatrace configurations and automate provisioning across multi-cloud environments.

You will collaborate with DevOps, platform and security teams to translate business needs into scalable observability solutions, applying GitOps, IaC practices, and strong automation standards.

Formación

• 4+ years of professional software development and platform engineering in financial technology or financial services.
• Proven expertise in Python, DevOps, and multi-cloud automation.
• Hands-on experience with Dynatrace configuration, APIs, and observability implementation.
• Strong proficiency with Terraform and infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Expertise across AWS, Azure, and OpenShift Container Platform (OCP).
• Understanding of observability principles, CI/CD automation, and GitOps workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement observability-as-code solutions across AWS, Azure, and OpenShift using Terraform and IaC practices.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Dynatrace configuration management and GitOps workflows.
• Automate provisioning, scaling, and updates for Dynatrace across multi-cloud environments using Python and API integrations.
• Develop Python automation frameworks to streamline observability deployments, validation, and configuration management across environments.
• Collaborate with DevOps, platform, security, and application teams to translate business requirements into scalable observability solutions.
