• Plan and manage maintenance and performance by monitoring plant condition and investigating failures.
• Ensure regulatory, environmental, and safety compliance with applicable laws and procedures.
• Lead projects by coordinating inputs, approvals, budgets, schedules, and cost performance.
• Manage contractors and suppliers, prepare specs, support tender evaluations.
• Maintain records including data, reports, and hazardous-materials/waste documentation.
• Stay current with industry developments and participate in trainings and studies.
