Job summary

Wascana is seeking a results-oriented Senior Planning and Performance Improvement Consultant for a 1-year term in Regina, Saskatchewan. Reporting to the Director, Planning and Performance Improvement, the ideal candidate brings strategic thinking and deep knowledge of performance improvement, program evaluation, and planning, monitoring and reporting.

Job description

The Opportunity

The SPSA is seeking a results-oriented, dynamic professional for a 1 year term position as a Senior Planning and Performance Improvement Consultant. Reporting to the Director, Planning and Performance Improvement. Our ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with extensive knowledge of performance improvement, program evaluation and strategic and operational planning, monitoring and reporting.

To be successful you will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.You will be able to develop and maintain professional relationships and partnerships with and build consensus among external and internal stakeholders.

This position is in-office, based in Regina, Saskatchewan. You will be required to travel away from the office within the province approximately 10% of the time.

This position leads the development and implementation of the SPSA’s planning, continuous improvement, and accountability management system to support Agency leaders in enhancing and supporting public safety in Saskatchewan.
