Job summary

FLINT is seeking a Pipefitter Lead Hand with extensive hands-on experience in piping installation and hydrostatic testing for a permanent position in Clairmont (Grande Prairie), Alberta, starting at the end of September 2026.

The role features a 12 Days In & 2 Days Out schedule, 10-hour workdays, and benefits after 300+ hours worked. Local candidates are preferred, but travel or relocation at own expense are also encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Lead Hand or supervisory experience in an industrial construction or maintenance environment.
• 7+ years in pipe installation, fitting, assembly, and alignment.
• Hydrostatic testing of piping systems experience.
• Safety tickets: H2S Alive, Standard First Aid, WHMIS.
• Physically capable of demanding tasks in variable conditions.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Own reliable transportation to site; valid license.
• Clean 5-year driving abstract with minimal demerits.
