Status Pro Sport is a one-stop football marketing agency for professional football players, trainers, Esport players, and supporting professionals. Our team consists of (former) players, experienced entrepreneurs, and fully dedicated professionals to support our clients through their entire journey. We represent our clients' interests to help them achieve maximum results, both athletic and in business. Our head office is located in the Netherlands, where we have been operating for over 10 years. Since 2020, we also work from Indonesia.

As our Senior Photographer & Videographer, you will lead the creation of premium visual content that defines the brand identity of top football athletes, clubs, and campaigns. From matchday coverage and training sessions to stylized studio shoots and branded campaigns, you’ll be trusted to tell powerful football stories across photo and video formats.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and execute photo and video shoots across various environments (stadiums, studio, lifestyle scenes, press events, etc).
• Capture high-quality photography for editorial, social media, campaign, and commercial use.
• Shoot cinematic video content including interviews, behind-the-scenes, commercials, documentaries, and short-form social content.
• Collaborate closely with the creative team to ensure all content aligns with brand, tone, and storytelling objectives.
• Edit and retouch photography and video footage as needed (or work alongside in-house editors).
• Oversee production logistics and equipment preparation, including camera, lighting, and audio.
• Manage junior crew or freelancers during larger productions.
• Stay informed on content trends in football, fashion, youth culture, and social media.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a photographer and videographer, preferably in sports, lifestyle, or creative agency environments.
• A strong portfolio showcasing dynamic sports photography, cinematic video work, and a consistent visual identity.
• Deep understanding and passion for football culture (locally and globally).
• Proficient in operating Mirrorless and cinema cameras (Sony, Canon, etc.), lighting, audio, and gimbal gear.
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro); knowledge of After Effects or DaVinci Resolve is a plus.
• Strong sense of visual composition, timing, and storytelling.
• Able to give creative direction to talent and crew on set.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments, sometimes during live events or under tight timelines.
• Willing to travel and work flexible hours, including match days or weekends.
• Nice to Have
• Experience working on athlete or club branding projects.
• Familiarity with football media rights, brand guidelines, and sponsor activations.
• Motion graphics or basic animation skills.
• Bilingual in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
