Job summary

Innomar Strategies, a Cencora company, is seeking a Lead Pharmacist for our Regina, Saskatchewan site. You will oversee daily pharmacy operations, counsel patients, and coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure high-quality pharmaceutical care.

The role requires a B.Sc. Pharmacy and Alberta/Regulatory knowledge, with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to drive efficient services.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and provincial/territorial regulations.
• Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience supervising pharmacy technicians and assistants.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Ensure prescriptions are dispensed in compliance with regulations and policies.
• Provide patient counseling on medications and therapy.
• Lead and coach pharmacy staff and maintain daily operations.
• Assist in improving pharmacy processes and efficiency.
• Develop relationships with healthcare providers and patients.
• Coordinate with distribution, patient programs, clinics and nursing divisions.
• On-call standby may be required.
