Job summary

Marsh, a global leader in risk and insurance services, seeks a Senior Client Advisor - Personal Lines in Toronto. This hybrid role requires in-office presence at least three days per week, joining a seasoned Private Client Services team dedicated to High-Net-Worth clients.

You will respond to client inquiries, advise on coverages, prepare quotes, and manage renewals while building strong client relationships and cross-selling where appropriate.

Qualifications

• RIBO (Ontario) license.
• 7-10 years experience in Personal Lines, with 5+ in High-Net-Worth client/market segment.
• Proficiency in Applied Epic or similar Broker Management System.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests across multiple channels promptly and accurately.
• Analyze, counsel and recommend coverages; identify gaps and cross-sell opportunities.
• Provide quotations and market proposals; prepare applications per carrier guidelines.
• Conduct annual renewal reviews to match changing client needs and pricing.
