TD Canada Trust is seeking a Senior Personal Banker - Home Borrowing Trainee to provide sound financial planning advice and promote customer loyalty. This role centers on helping clients achieve their housing and investment goals within a supportive TD environment.

Formación

• High School diploma and/or Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• IFC accreditation or equivalent within 90 days of start date.
• CFSA within 6 months of start date.
• Punjabi language skills considered an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Create a consistent and exceptional customer experience in the branch, with specialty in home borrowing advice.
• Have deep knowledge of Real Estate Secured Lending products and TDCT offerings.
• Ask questions to understand customer needs and bring in an expert as needed.
• Improve customer financial confidence through ongoing dialogue and advice.
• Act as a branch SME for TD personal and business banking products and policies.
• Maintain a professional, inviting branch space in line with guidelines.
