Supply Ontario is seeking a Senior Performance Management Analyst responsible for providing support in the development of performance management data collection tools and frameworks. This role requires analyzing programs for value creation and reporting results, while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure strategic objectives are met. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement where in-office presence is required three days a week.
Salary Range: $86,217.00- $121,155 per year

Supply Ontario is seeking a Senior Performance Management Analyst to provide technical support and expertise in the development if program/project/performance management data collection tools and support to the development, tracking and reporting of a performance measurement/benefits realization frameworks to measure the successful delivery of programs and initiative against Supply Ontario’s mandate and business requirements
Reporting to the Manager, Benefits Realization and Program Management Office, you will be responsible for building, developing, and administering performance management tools, technologies, and resources to support the effective management of all programs/initiatives in progress within the organization. You will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of analytical reports and dashboards for project teams, senior management, or external stakeholders to understand the status of projects and program initiatives as well as conducting data modelling activities and analysis to determine program value creation results and benefits realization outcomes.
