  • Take end-to-end ownership to design, manage, and continuously improve company-wide talent programs including the bi-annual engagement survey, performance review cycles, and job architecture initiatives

  • Build or improve internal lightweight apps, dashboards, and AI agents using low-code AI-assisted tooling to turn people data into scalable, accessible insights for leaders
  • Establish a working cadence with key cross-functional partners (PBPs, People Analytics, Total Rewards) and senior stakeholders to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that inform overall people strategy.
  • Identify areas of opportunity for automation of workflows, and serve as the human-in-the-loop for AI agents. Oversee, validate, and maintain those outputs to ensure reliability, trust, and a measurable reduction in errors or manual interventions.

  • Proven track record of taking ownership of active program cycles end-to-end, revisiting assumptions with data, and optimizing processes to deliver programs on time with high participation rates.
  • Ability to use AI and low-code tools to ship self-serve dashboards, lightweight apps, and agents that make people data accessible and drive measurable stakeholder adoption.
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills and demonstrated ability to build working cadences across cross-functional partners (PBPs, People Analytics, Total Rewards) to translate complex findings into clear narratives for senior leaders.
  • Comfort working with data and building reproducible analyses; SQL and/or Python knowledge is a strong asset, along with an aptitude for maintaining AI oversight and workflow automation.
