Aon is seeking a Senior Consultant – Defined Benefit Pension Administration in Toronto to lead a portfolio of high-profile clients and drive service excellence. You will mentor teams, strengthen client relationships, and identify opportunities to expand services while maintaining strong financial stewardship.

The role requires deep DB pension knowledge, leadership experience, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Competenze

10+ years of progressive experience in Defined Benefit pension administration and consulting.
Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, actuarial sciences and finance or equivalent.
Experience reviewing complex calculations and year-end tasks (PAs, Indexation, Annual Statements).
Proven leadership of high-performing client-service teams.
Strong business insight with budgeting, revenue, profitability, and client growth.
Deep understanding of Defined Benefit legislation, administration practices, and regulatory requirements.
Experience with project management and implementation work.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
