Job summary

Aon is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead a portfolio of Defined Benefit pension administration clients. You will act as a strategic leader and trusted advisor, guiding high-performing teams, strengthening relationships, and driving service delivery excellence.

You will balance client leadership with team development, financial stewardship, and regulatory compliance while identifying opportunities for growth across services.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Defined Benefit pension administration and consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Sciences and Finance or equivalent work experience.
• Experience reviewing complex calculations and year-end tasks (PAs, Indexation, Annual Statements).
• Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing teams in a client-service environment.
• Strong business insight including budgeting, revenue, profitability, sales and client growth opportunities.
• Deep understanding of Defined Benefit pension legislation, administration practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
