The Humberview Group is seeking a Senior Parts Advisor in Mississauga to focus on selling Medium Duty Parts to Online and Wholesale customers. The role requires providing exceptional customer service, processing orders, stocking shelves, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full knowledge of all parts products.

• Assist technicians and retail/wholesale customers with part selections.
• Provide price quotes and availability; prep daily orders for shipment or pickup.
• Manage stock and assist with shipping/receiving as needed.

Humberview Trucks is looking to add a Senior Parts Advisor to their team in Mississauga. Humberview Trucks is proud to be a member of The Humberview Group, representing 20 dealerships and 18 automotive brands.

Our Parts Advisors handle Medium Duty Parts. This role primarily focuses on selling parts to Online and Wholesale customers.

The Parts Advisor is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, filling orders, serving Technicians/Retail/Wholesale/Online customers, receiving orders, stocking shelves, and inventory management.

Compensation: $60,000 to $95,000 per year.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain full knowledge of all parts products.
• Greets all customers promptly on the telephone.
• Sells parts through the shop, by phone, over the counter to customers.
• Assists Technicians/retail/wholesale customers with the selection of parts and informs customers about the product line.
• Provides price quotes and other related parts information.
• Determines availability on out-of-stock items.
• Prepares orders daily for shipment, delivery or pick-up.
• Retrieves parts purchased from stock.
• Issues credit for parts returned.
• Assists with shipping/receiving when necessary.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Parts Manager.
