Job summary

AlgaeCal Inc. is seeking a Senior Partnerships Specialist to build a performance-driven influencer and affiliate ecosystem. You’ll recruit creators, manage partnerships, and drive revenue with data-backed campaigns.

You’ll develop tracking, reporting, and optimization to ensure campaigns meet revenue targets and quality standards, collaborating across teams in a fast-paced health/wellness environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in influencer marketing, affiliate management, partnerships, creator growth, or a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Find and recruit the right partners and build a scalable pipeline.
• Manage creators, affiliates, and experts to drive measurable revenue.
• Negotiate smart deals and optimize campaigns for ROAS and conversion.
