Directive Consulting is a remote-first B2B marketing agency seeking a Senior Account Strategist, Paid Social. You will manage client social campaigns, particularly LinkedIn, and craft quarterly strategies while coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

You’ll optimize budgets, analyze performance with GA4/GA, and translate data into actionable insights for mid-market and enterprise accounts. Global opportunities apply, with Canada as a potential location.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience at a performance/digital marketing agency supporting B2B clients.
• Deep expertise across paid social campaigns, specifically LinkedIn Ads.
• Experience with LinkedIn ad units (conversation ads, document ads, CTV).
• Proficiency with advertising platforms such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, 6Sense.
• Strong understanding of paid principles: keyword research, bid management, optimization.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance data using Google Analytics, GA4 and Excel.
• Experience with audience segmentation by tier, job title, etc.
• Proven success with mid-market or enterprise accounts.
• Ability to translate strategy into data-driven storytelling.
• Problem solver with proactive, growth-minded approach.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead a collection of social media accounts.
• Support client contacts directly.
• Weekly communication with vendors/partners to align tasks and quality.
• Build quarterly client strategies.
• Create, maintain, and optimize paid media budgets.
• Understand client positioning and unique value propositions.
• Ensure lead routing is accurate in the CRM.
• Manage personal productivity and utilization.
• Collaborate with Associate Director to achieve goals.
• Understand the value of programmatic campaigns.
• Drive cross-sells, upsells and referrals via client relationships.
• Execute and optimize LinkedIn campaigns for ROI (ad copy, TAM, targeting).
