Directive Consulting is seeking an Associate Director of Paid Social to lead a pod of up to 8 Social Media Strategists on the Communications team. You will set goals for each client engagement, ensure best practices, and mentor your team to deliver bold, data-driven social campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and more.

This remote-first role offers strategic leadership, a growth mindset, and a focus on enterprise and mid-market accounts.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience at a performance/digital marketing agency
• 2+ years people management experience
• Deep expertise in paid social campaigns (LinkedIn Ads & Meta)
• Understanding of ad units within LinkedIn/Meta platforms
• Proficiency with advertising platforms/tools (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, 6Sense)

Responsibilities

• Lead a pod of up to 8 Social Media Strategists.
• Set goals for client engagements.
• Ensure clients follow best practices and our social advertising methodology.
• Identify and remove roadblocks to ensure campaign success.
• Provide clear direction and accountability within the team.
• Communicate results to clients and executives with data-driven storytelling.
