WoofHaus is seeking a Pack Leader to supervise and care for dogs in daycare and boarding, ensuring safety and a welcoming experience for clients. You will monitor health and behavior, follow protocols, and collaborate with the team to maintain a clean, calm environment.

Ideal candidates love animals, communicate well, and can balance independent work with teamwork. Flexibility for holidays and weekends is required, with indoor/outdoor duties across facilities.

Qualifications

• Love for animals and genuine compassion
• Knowledge of basic dog behaviors and body language
• Ability to follow safety protocols and handling procedures
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods
• Flexible scheduling including holidays and weekends

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and well-being of all dogs in daycare and boarding
• Monitor and address dog health and behavior; report concerns promptly
• Deliver a hospitality-first experience with warm interactions
• Keep play areas clean and sanitize supplies
• Follow feeding, medication, and allergy protocols
• May assist with grooming tasks after training sign-off
• Work with teammates to maintain a positive, professional environment
• Support lobby customer relations and keep pet parents informed
