What You'll Do

As a People & Culture (P&C) Business Partner in the newly established P&C Business Partnering Team for Engineering & Technology, you will be a strategic partner to executives, senior managers, and leadership teams in Product Engineering (PE) and Technology & Innovation (T&I). You will serve as a trusted advisor, providing strategic insights and guidance on all relevant P&C topics.

Specific Responsibilities

• Provide strategic consulting to the Senior Leadership Team to accelerate SAP’s transformation initiatives.
• Drive SAP’s People Agenda priorities, ensuring consistent execution across Business Areas, influencing solutions with P&C Services and Practices.
• Translate business needs into P&C strategies and lead initiatives to facilitate transformation and cultural change.
• Support the development and implementation of global P&C programs, providing expert consulting and strategic insights on HR topics.

What You Bring

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in HR Business Partner roles, preferably in a matrixed, international environment.
• Strong understanding of SAP’s strategy, business model, and organizational structure.
• Excellent consulting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven project management experience in transformational initiatives.
• Analytical skills for translating business requirements into P&C strategies.
• Experience in driving change and organizational transformation with significant impact.
• Strong influencing skills and relationship-building abilities with diverse stakeholders.
• Cultural awareness and adaptability.
• High integrity, confidentiality, and excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).

Our compensation range for this role is USD 88,800 - 191,100, reflecting base salary and variable incentives, dependent on experience and location.
