What you'll do:
As a People & Culture (P&C) Business Partner in the newly established P&C Business Partnering Team for Engineering & Technology, you'll be a strategic partner to executives, senior managers, and leadership teams in Product Engineering (PE) and Technology & Innovation (T&I).
You will act as a trusted strategic partner, providing consulting, insights, and guidance on all relevant P&C topics.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP values pay transparency as part of our commitment to equity. The targeted annualized salary range for this role is $88,800–$191,100 USD, including base and variable incentives. Actual offers depend on education, skills, experience, location, and other factors.
