Job summary

SGS is seeking an experienced OT Specialist for Streamline Control, leading industrial infrastructure, networks, and security across North American oil & gas sites. You will design, implement, and manage OT networks, remote communications, virtualization, and security tooling, ensuring high availability and compliance.

You will mentor junior staff, drive standards, and participate in audits and incident response, with travel to onshore and offshore sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years OT infrastructure experience in oil & gas or critical infrastructure.
• Strong Purdue Model knowledge and high-availability industrial network design.
• Experience with remote communications (VSAT, radio, cellular) in offshore settings.
• Hyper-V/ESXi administration in operational environments.
• Working knowledge of OT cybersecurity standards (IEC 62443, NIST 800-82).

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain OT network architectures per Purdue Model with HA configurations.
• Own deployment and lifecycle management of remote communications (VSAT, radio, cellular).
• Manage Hyper‑V/ESXi environments including clustering and DR planning.
• Mentor junior OT specialists and contribute to standards and runbooks.
