Alberta Health Services in Grande Prairie seeks an Occupational Therapist II to coordinate occupational therapy and allied health services within a program. You will supervise students and team members, and work independently within an interdisciplinary team to deliver safe, effective client care.

You will guide clinical decisions on assessment, intervention and discharge, ensuring practice aligns with regulations, standards and AHS policies.

Formación

• Must have a OT degree and be eligible for ACOT registration.
• Basic Life Support – Health Care Provider Level C.
• Experience in dementia care is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate occupational therapy and allied health services within a program.
• Supervise students and team members as assigned.
• Provide independent and interdisciplinary leadership in patient care.
• Make day-to-day clinical decisions on assessment, intervention, discharge and follow-up.
