Alberta Health Services is seeking an Occupational Therapist II at Westlock Healthcare Centre. You will coordinate OT and allied health services, supervise students and staff, and exercise clinical leadership within an interdisciplinary team.

You will manage assessments, interventions and transitions with evidence-based practice guiding decisions. The role offers autonomy, opportunities for professional growth, and a 0.80 FTE schedule in a close-knit community with access to outdoor recreation

Qualificações

• Coordinates occupational therapy and allied health clinical services within a program or service area.
• Provides supervision to students and team members as assigned.
• Works independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team with leadership responsibilities.

Responsabilidades

• Make day-to-day clinical decisions on assessment, intervention, discharge and follow-up.
• Ensure OT practice is evidence-based and aligned with regulations and policies.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations, monitor care delivery and assist with caseload management.

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
