Job summary

GovTech Talent Solutions Inc. seeks a Senior Solution Architect to design hosting technology solutions for public-sector clients in Canada. The role focuses on Siebel CRM and Adobe AEM, with strong emphasis on business design, requirements, and user-centered designs.

The candidate will develop functional design documents, high-level flows, and artefacts, ensuring accessibility standards (WCAG/AODA) are met and aligned with QA processes. On-site work is required five days a week.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work 5 days onsite per week.
• At least 7+ years of experience designing solutions with Oracle Siebel CRM or Adobe AEM technologies.
• Experience with developing business design documents, functional & non-functional requirements.
• Experience with developing high level application flows to support the business requirements.
• Experience in developing functional design documents.
• 7+ years of experience in Siebel, and Adobe AEM Solution implementation.
• Demonstrated experience in creating and updating business architecture artefacts.
• Experience with Public Sector Transfer Payment (Grant) Model would be an asset.
• Experience with ensuring that corporate QA standards are followed and maintained would be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Undertakes the design of hosting technology solutions based on the client's service specifications, standards, policies, best practices and cost models, in order to meet client application business requirement and project/initiative deliverables.
