Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience designing solutions with Oracle Siebel CRM.
• 7+ years of experience designing solutions with Adobe AEM technologies.
• Experience developing business design documents, functional & non-functional requirements.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.

Responsibilities

• Design hosting technology solutions based on client service specifications.
• Participate in developing CRM solution service development activities.
• Assess performance and capacity of existing systems and recommend improvements.
