The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Oracle Siebel CRM and Adobe AEM, alongside skills in user experience design and problem-solving. Qualifications

• At least 7+ years of experience designing solutions with Oracle Siebel CRM or Adobe AEM technologies.
• Experience developing business design documents and both functional & non-functional requirements.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Design hosting technology solutions based on client’s specifications.
• Create detailed process flows and high-level application designs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing.
