Position Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Oracle Fusion Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing, configuring, implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Financials and EPM solutions in a corporate environment. The successful incumbent will be responsible for ensuring the successful deployment and optimization of Oracle Fusion Financial modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and more, while collaborating closely with business stakeholders to meet financial and reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and support the development, configuration, implementation, and maintenance of Oracle Fusion Financials modules.
• Provide expertise in configuring and customizing Oracle Fusion Financials and EPM to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with finance teams and key stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective financial solutions.
• Perform gap analysis and create functional specifications for system enhancements and customizations.
• Manage integration between Oracle Fusion Financials and other ERP systems or third-party applications.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and resolve any problems related to Oracle Fusion Financial modules.
• Develop and deliver end-user training, documentation, and support for Oracle Fusion Financials and EPM.
• Ensure alignment of Oracle Fusion Financials functionality with finance department processes and best practices.
• Collaborate with technical teams to manage system upgrades, patches, and new feature rollouts.
• Provide ongoing post-implementation support and system maintenance as needed.

Position Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Financials, with a strong focus on financial modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, etc.) including EPM.
• Expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, including configuring financial workflows, reports, and security.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial operations, and business processes.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Financials data migration, integration, and reporting tools.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions within Oracle Fusion.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve technical and functional issues.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both financial, technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud Architecture, Security, and Reporting tools is a plus.
• Prefer Oracle Fusion Financials certification or other relevant certifications.
• Prefer experience with additional Oracle Cloud modules (such as Project Management, Procurement, and Supply Chain).
• Prefer experience working with Agile or other project management methodologies.
