Job summary

You will coordinate operations systems and work with third-party providers to ensure safe, efficient service. Required: a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 5 years in operations/distribution, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of operations/distribution management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business Administration / Operations / Supply Chain).
• Lean Six Sigma exposure is an asset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound and outbound warehouse activities, fleet services, and facilities management.
• Coordinate transportation and third-party providers to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Develop and monitor operating budgets, forecasts and compliance with regulations.
• Ensure food safety and safety program adherence across facilities and fleets.
• Lead staff with regular meetings, drive engagement, and enforce policies.
