Job summary

Reimer Associates Inc. is seeking a Senior Operations Executive - Construction Supply & Transportation to oversee multi-unit delivery operations across Ontario, Quebec, and nearby regions. This hands-on role blends daily management with strategic oversight, requiring a leader who can adapt to fast-changing demand.

You will manage a large outsourced transportation contract, coordinate dispatch and telematics, drive pricing strategy, and report to the Board of Advisors on performance against plan.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel, data management, and project management capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with telematics systems, invoicing, budgeting, strategic planning, and capital budgeting.
• Degree in business, logistics, or a related field preferred.
• Professional credentials in supply chain or transportation (e.g., P.Log., CSCMP, or equivalent) strongly valued.

Responsibilities

• Oversee transportation contract management, including SLA performance and KPI reviews.
• Coordinate dispatch & telematics to optimize arrivals and loads in real time.
• Lead dynamic operations in response to traffic, delivery windows, and short-notice changes while complying with regulations.
• Drive inventory management and pricing strategy for a large customer service team.
• Resolve customer issues and maintain close connection with remote operations directors; travel to sites required.
• Prepare and present weekly performance reports to the Board of Advisors.
