Job summary

TD in Burlington, Ontario is seeking a cross-functional process analyst reporting to the Senior Manager Operations. The role provides product support including manuals, playbooks, SOPs and executes on critical projects within TDEF Operations.

This may require broader cross-functional partnership with TD Equipment Finance and the Business Bank. You will enhance management decision making on policies and processes based on analytics and reporting, to advance operating models and elevate service

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree/college diploma preferred and/or 7+ year relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to develop and implement SOPs, playbooks and QA strategies.

The role will execute on critical projects and strategic special initiatives within a defined functional area that support the TDEF Business and Operations. This may require broader cross-functional partnership with various stakeholders within TD Equipment Finance and the Business Bank. Enhance management decision making on policies, processes, products and services based on insights generated from analytics and reporting, to advance the operating model / processes and elevate service quality.
