Job summary

Plative is seeking a Senior NetSuite Project Manager to lead client success across NetSuite ERP implementations and custom engagements. You will bridge technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and measurable outcomes, operating within the Pacific Time Zone.

In this high-visibility role, you will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate risk and budget governance, and deliver strategic reviews that drive value for clients while upholding Plative’s delivery standards.

Qualifications

• Full lifecycle NetSuite implementations across industries.
• Minimum 3+ years in project management within consulting.
• At least 4 years hands-on NetSuite implementations.
• Expertise in negotiation, vendor & risk management, and KPI reporting.
• Strong understanding of quality management principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage ongoing client relationships and keep projects on schedule.
• Handle stakeholder expectations, resources, and priorities.
• Ensure delivery structure and PM methodology are followed.
• Deliver strategic reviews to educate clients on solutions.
• Provide budget, status, risk reports and issue escalation.
• Coordinate IT teams to map requirements to design and integrations.
• Advocate for clients and resolve escalations to maintain satisfaction.
• Occasional travel to client sites and work on NetSuite projects.
• Deliver NetSuite implementations, enhancements, integrations, and SFDC buildouts.
• Create and present technical concepts, plans, milestones, and outcomes.

Job description

As aSenior NetSuite Project Managerat Plative, you will take ownership of client success across NetSuite ERP and custom engagements. This is a high-visibility, client-facing role for an accountable project leader who can bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure seamless solution delivery.

Operating within the Pacific Time Zone, you will lead high-profile implementations from kickoff through rollout, driving stakeholder alignment, risk management, and delivery excellence at every step.

Responsibilities:

• Liaison with clients on an ongoing basis, to maintain and develop the business relationship, and keep projects to a set time frame
• Actively manage stakeholders; expectations, resource alignment, and possible conflicting priorities across projects
• Ensure adherence to Plative delivery structure and project management methodology during implementation of the solution
• Deliver strategic business and project reviews to educate clients on proposed solutions
• Communicate reports regarding budget ownership, project status, risk management and escalation of issues
• Coordinate IT project teams to ensure that client business requirements are effectively incorporated into design specifications, multi-platform integrations and data transfers
• Be a client advocate to resolve and manage escalations to ensure client satisfaction
• This position has minimal travel and occasional presence to clients’ sites
• Work on NetSuite related projects including new implementations, enhancements, integrations, support and ownership of SFDC build out
• Create and deliver presentations on technical concepts, project work plans, delivery approach, milestones, and results to client stakeholders

Basic Qualifications

• Full, life-cycle implementation experience with NetSuite across multiple industry verticals
• 3+ years Project Management experience and within consulting environment
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite implementations
• Demonstrated expertise in Negotiation, Vendor Management, Risk Management, Project Financials, KPI & Reporting
• Solid understanding of Quality Management principles and practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Computer Science, IT or MBA
• Delivered numerous complex NetSuite projects
• CSM and SuiteFoundation certifications
